Certain packages and options available on the manufacturer’s site aren’t direct carry-overs. Incentives and discounts are also often automatically shown on the manufacturer website, without checking for qualifications. Yes, we are currently requiring a $500 deposit. However, if the customer needs to cancel their order, Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram can refund the deposit.
Sadly, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer. While custom orders do take precedence over stock orders, we unfortunately cannot guarantee timing. On average, we estimate 120 days from the order date.
First, a sales representative will walk you through all of the options. Once you have decided on the final build options, you will need to sign the order and provide a deposit (as well as a copy of your driver’s license). Then, we will send the order to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Once they pick up the order, a VIN will be provided and the customer will be notified when the vehicle will ship, as well as when it arrives at the dealership.
