Sean later advanced his career with Mercedes-Benz, achieving Mercedes-Benz Sales Certification and honing his expertise in premium vehicle sales and elevated customer experiences. Today, he is Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) Certified, allowing him to combine broad industry insight with brand-specific expertise to better serve his customers.

    Sean’s approach to sales is rooted in honesty, respect, and transparency. He is passionate about helping customers feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire buying process, whether they are purchasing their first vehicle or adding another to the driveway. Starting as an intern with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, she worked her way up to Branch Manager, overseeing four locations throughout Central Pennsylvania. During her time there, she consistently drove strong performance delivered with exceptional customer service.

She understands that purchasing a vehicle can be both exciting and stressful, and she is committed to guiding customers through every step of the process.     Brandon has been in the automotive industry since 2012. Before joining Susquehanna Auto in January 2026, he worked for a Ford, Chevrolet, and Buick dealership until its closure in late 2025. Today, he holds certifications with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Ford, allowing him to help customers find the right vehicle from both of our stores. Prior to entering the industry, Brandon managed multiple restaurants and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State University.

    Brandon’s approach to sales is simple: treat every guest like family. He believes in building genuine relationships that extend beyond the sale and takes pride in providing honest guidance without pressure. By listening carefully and asking the right questions, Brandon works to understand each guest’s needs and help them make confident decisions.

    Brandon’s wife, children and dachshund, Louie, are his life. Outside the dealership, you can find him cheering on his kids from the baseball and softball fields. He also looks forward to his family’s annual cruise vacation each year. Brandon’s outgoing personality, positive energy, and genuine care for others help make every customer experience enjoyable and memorable.

    Outside of the dealership, Kenzie enjoys expressing her creativity through pyrography (the art of wood burning) and baking homemade sourdough bread. Most of all, she loves spending quality time with her two children and making lasting memories with her family.

    He is a graduate of the NADA Sales Management Course, which has strengthened his leadership skills and reinforced his commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Jonny’s favorite part of the job is seeing the genuine excitement customers feel when they drive away in their new vehicle.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, his three children, and their dog. Over the years, Tom has worked his way through numerous leadership roles, including Sales, Business Manager, New Car Manager, and beyond. He has served as a General Sales Manager or General Manager since December 2004, building a strong reputation for knowledge, leadership, and customer-focused service.

    Tom is highly credentialed within the industry and remains committed to ongoing education. He has been Chrysler Certified every year since 2005 and continues to complete annual training across all represented brands. In December 2025, he also earned Commercial Certification with Ford Pro, further strengthening his expertise in commercial and fleet solutions.

    Tom’s approach to sales is centered on education and honesty. He enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge of trucks and vehicles to help customers select the right option for their family or business needs. Ensuring that each vehicle is truly capable of performing the job required is a top priority.
