Distance from our dealership is no longer an issue for our customers! Our service department can schedule pickup & delivery for service appointments (excludes maintenance appointments) in order to eliminate the need to leave your home or work.
We began piloting mobile service in the summer of 2016. Since then, our business has grown and we have provided over 55,000 mobile service repairs! Our experience has taught us how to properly handle vehicle maintenance and repair via mobile service. We can come to you for maintenance, whether you’re at home or at work.
For repairs that require more time, we offer courtesy vehicles. Our dealership typically maintains between 20-30 loaner vehicles for our customers to reserve, and offer a wide variety of vehicles from smaller SUVs to trucks. We do our best to provide a loaner that is similar in size and features that you are accustomed to however, we are limited to availability.
Once you submit your request, a member of our service staff will contact you via your preferred method as soon as possible and confirm your appointment. You can also schedule an appointment by calling us at (717) 478-2800.
If you do need to stay at our dealership while your vehicle is being serviced, please enjoy our spacious Customer Lounge. We offer comfortable chairs, tv, and complimentary Starbucks coffee. We also have free high-speed WiFi available, as well as a charging station.
Whether you need an oil change and tire rotation, or PA State Inspection, feel free to come to our Express Lane. No appointment necessary!
