Why is your price different than what I created on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram’s site?

Unfortunately, due to the way the system is set up for ordering, builds on a manufacturer’s website aren’t a 1-to-1 comparison to what we have the ability to order at the dealership. Certain packages and options available on the manufacturer’s site aren’t direct carry-overs. Incentives and discounts are also often automatically shown on the manufacturer website, without checking for qualifications. However, our knowledgeable sales team can help guide you through all of the options in order for you to get what you want at the price you expect.

Do I have to put a deposit down?

Yes, we are currently requiring a deposit of $1,000 for most vehicles. However, some specialty vehicles could require more.

How long does it take to get my vehicle?

Sadly, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer. While custom orders do take precedence over stock orders, we unfortunately cannot guarantee timing.

What is the process (what can I expect)?

First, a sales representative will walk you through all of the options. Once you have decided on the final build options, you will need to sign the order and provide a deposit (as well as a copy of your driver’s license). Then, we will send the order to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Once they pick up the order, a VIN will be provided and the customer will be notified when the vehicle will ship, as well as when it arrives at the dealership.
