Never thought I'd buy a car remotely, but these folks were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way airfare to Harrisburg, they picked me up at my hotel in my car and drove to the dealership to do the paperwork. I had all the figures in my email in advance and there were no surprises and got what I consider a fair deal.
The service was great here! They took me in right away without an appointment. I had to get my state inspection done as well as getting brand new tires, oil change, and new wipers. The service manager, Aaron was so accommodating and was able to get me in a loaner car right away because they had to order my new tires. It would take awhile. Great service department
I purchased a 2023 RAM 2500 from them. The purchase process was easy and they were very fair and straight forward. There was an issue with a feature that was advertised not being on the truck. Once I reached the sales manager he took care of it promptly. I would recommend this dealer.
I purchased my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Jon and his team and they did an amazing job taking care of me. Alex, their mobile service tech came out to my house, synced, and provided me a second key for my vehicle. These guys are professionals and I’m happy I got the opportunity to buy from them.

I had an emergency issue with a broken window applique on my Dodge Caravan and I went to Susquehanna to try and get it repaired. I was met and helped by very friendly and helpful staff from the receptionist( I forget her name, a young blond haired woman) in service, to Joel the Mobile service advisor, to Aaron Zolko, the Service manager. Michael Colen was very helpful with the paperwork and made the process fun. Let's be honest paperwork is not the fun part of buying a new car. But, he made it fun.
I really love their service, their prices, and the fact that they pick your vehicle up from your work to service it. I was a little disappointed today when I went in for their Express Lane service for an oil change. They advertise that this service is available from 7:30 am to 6 pm daily. I arrived at 10 am and they said that the service was not available today because the Express Lane service techs were pulled for an over abundance of scheduled appointments. They should not promote it as something that you can depend on. They need to have a disclaimer ...
I’ve spoken with them about Jeeps on the phone but never physically been there. They seam very knowledgeable on Jeeps.
i bought two wranglers from this dealership. my last experience with them was excellent service. they didnt rack my bill up and did everything they could to fix the problem i was having with my vehicle . They are a honest team and i would recommend them over any dealership in this area

My 2014 Ram 1500 had 250,000 miles on it and needed a cam and lifters. Aaron guided me through the quote and replaced my motor with a minimum of disruption in my schedule. I was given a great loaner that fit my needs. I received my truck a day earlier than promised. Aaron was honest and eager to please in all aspects of the service project. Susquehanna has earned my respect and business moving forward.

They are quick, thorough and most important of all, the customer service is spectacular! I would like to redo my review! I was frustrated by a delay today that was a result of a “perfect storm” of small issues. After voicing my frustration, the service manager immediately addressed the situation and honestly did way more than expected. I will definitely continue to use this service center. Especially if I get the same 2022 loaner Ram Pickup I had today.
Needed an oil change and some basic maintenance for my company car. Worked with Joel on scheduling the mobile feature which was fantastic. They came to my house to perform the work . James was the tech and he did a good job . Very pleased with the service.
That BEST dealership experience ever! I ordered a 2022 Wrangler in March. It took 5 months for Jeep to build. All through the process Ryan and Doug kept in contact and didn’t make me feel like a nudge for updates on the build. It finally arrived and it was worth the wait. Recently traded in my leased vehicle for a new wrangler. Ted H and Ryan J were amazing at helping me navigate the process of turning in a leased vehicle (turning in early at that too!) and working a great deal on my new jeep. They were super thorough in making sure I knew what was going on every step of the process, and answering every question I had, especially with the current market facing chip shortages and explaining the process of custom ordering vs buying something on the lot already. So so happy to have worked with Susquehanna this time!
My husband and I went here to trade in our car for a truck. Doug took care of us and he did an amazing job. In fact, the entire staff was kind and helpful. We felt like we were a guest in their home. Doug kept checking on us and letting us know when he had to go help another customer because they were very busy that day but he still made every customer a priority. Bought a 2022 ram 2500. Noticed it had a steering wheel vibration. Made an appointment took on In. They had the truck for a few days which is understandable, especially not knowing where the vibration was coming from. Looked over the whole truck and they were thinking it was the drive shaft so they ordered me a new one. Got it late but that’s the supply chain nowadays. They got it in fast and fixed the problem. All under warranty! Great to work with.

We chose to buy our Jeep from SusQ because the salesman was pleasant and low key. He did not hound us with frequent emails or pressure us in any way. Greg answered questions well, did a nice test drive with us and found answers to questions if he did not already know the answer. Our grandsons were curious about our new Jeep and were just delighted to know it was on a train! ( from the factory). It was a good experience! We do not buy new vehicles frequently!

I worked with Greg Kohr for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. He is an awesome salesman and was great to work with, very easy and down to earth to talk to. I got a good price on the Jeep and my asking price on my trade. Finance went well but had to say no a bunch of times. Their certified pre owned warranty paid off big time as the whole cooling system had to be replaced. 3500 total but cost me just 100 in deductable. I'll take it!
